Jefferson County Early Learning Center
The project includes the development of a single-story, 7,484 square-foot early learning center on a 54,000 square-foot site at 1500 Van Ness Street. The building will feature exposed glulam beams, modern architectural woodwork, and a mix of cement and wood siding, showcasing both durability and warmth. Interior amenities will include classrooms for infants and toddlers, shared gathering spaces, and vibrant, playful design elements to support a nurturing learning environment. The project also incorporates landscaping, fencing, parking, and outdoor play areas—all designed with safety, accessibility, and sustainability in mind. This project is slated to begin construction in mid 2025 and is to be completed within 300 calendar days. It will meet LEED Silver certification requirements and comply with federal Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) provisions.
Sanderson Field Building
Bid Date: 7/23/2025 (End of Day)
The Sanderson Field Building Replacement project consists of the construction of a new 29,900 square foot pre-engineered metal building for fabrication and industrial use, located at the Port of Shelton's Sanderson Field. The building is classified as Type IIB construction with F-1 occupancy, and will be fully sprinklered. It includes accessible restrooms, office space, large egress doors, and two (2) 15-ton bridge cranes. The site is situated within a Rural Industrial zoning district and lies within the Shelton Urban Growth Area.
The scope includes complete demolition of existing site features and structures, site grading, utility trenching, and construction of a new septic system. New utility connections include electrical, stormwater, and sewer infrastructure.
The building will be equipped with freeze protection, fabrication power systems, and infrastructure for future high-pile storage, fire alarm, and PV solar systems (all deferred submittals). Civil improvements include heavy-duty asphalt and concrete paving, ADA parking, signage, lighting, and drainage.
Wenatchee Valley Fire Station #17 Renovation

The Wenatchee Valley Fire Department Station #17 Renovation project involves the upgrade and replacement of mechanical and plumbing systems at the existing fire station located at 3760 West Malaga Road, Malaga, WA.
Work includes selective demolition of existing HVAC and plumbing components, followed by installation of new high-efficiency equipment and systems. The mechanical scope features new gas-fired furnaces, heat pump coils, outdoor condensers, unit heaters, energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), duct heaters, and associated ductwork with WSEC-compliant insulation. New ventilation controls, dampers, and thermostats will be installed, along with coordination for electrical service and equipment commissioning.
The plumbing scope includes the installation of new ADA-compliant lavatories, water closets, sinks, showers, floor drains, and a domestic hot water circulation pump. Revisions to hot and cold water, sanitary, vent, and gas piping systems are included.
All work is to be performed in accordance with the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), and project-specific mechanical specifications and details.
DES - B&G Maintenance Facility - Rebuild

The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is initiating the rebuild of its Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Facility, located at 501 13th Avenue SW in Olympia, WA. This project involves the demolition of the existing "Soil Shed" and construction of a new 4,068 square-foot, single-story facility with an adjacent equipment platform. The new structure will feature a concrete foundation, slab-on-grade floor, wood framing supported by steel columns, and exterior finishes including metal panels and a metal roof. Along with the primary building, the scope includes construction of accessory site structures such as open carports and unconditioned sheds to support seasonal equipment, materials storage, and vehicle housing needs. The site will also undergo full redevelopment across approximately 0.86 acres, including updated utility systems and improved circulation and access adjacent to the West Capitol Campus. Designed with modern sustainability and safety considerations, the facility will incorporate complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, security, and communication systems.
