Sanderson Field Building
The Sanderson Field Building Replacement project consists of the construction of a new 29,900 square foot pre-engineered metal building for fabrication and industrial use, located at the Port of Shelton's Sanderson Field. The building is classified as Type IIB construction with F-1 occupancy, and will be fully sprinklered. It includes accessible restrooms, office space, large egress doors, and two (2) 15-ton bridge cranes. The site is situated within a Rural Industrial zoning district and lies within the Shelton Urban Growth Area.

The scope includes complete demolition of existing site features and structures, site grading, utility trenching, and construction of a new septic system. New utility connections include electrical, stormwater, and sewer infrastructure.
The building will be equipped with freeze protection, fabrication power systems, and infrastructure for future high-pile storage, fire alarm, and PV solar systems (all deferred submittals). Civil improvements include heavy-duty asphalt and concrete paving, ADA parking, signage, lighting, and drainage.
Wenatchee Valley Fire Station #17 Renovation
The Wenatchee Valley Fire Department Station #17 Renovation project involves the upgrade and replacement of mechanical and plumbing systems at the existing fire station located at 3760 West Malaga Road, Malaga, WA.
Work includes selective demolition of existing HVAC and plumbing components, followed by installation of new high-efficiency equipment and systems. The mechanical scope features new gas-fired furnaces, heat pump coils, outdoor condensers, unit heaters, energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), duct heaters, and associated ductwork with WSEC-compliant insulation. New ventilation controls, dampers, and thermostats will be installed, along with coordination for electrical service and equipment commissioning.

The plumbing scope includes the installation of new ADA-compliant lavatories, water closets, sinks, showers, floor drains, and a domestic hot water circulation pump. Revisions to hot and cold water, sanitary, vent, and gas piping systems are included.
All work is to be performed in accordance with the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), and project-specific mechanical specifications and details.
