Cow. County Fire Dist. #5 Station 52 Shop Expansion Project

This project consists of the construction of a new pre-engineered metal storage building addition at the existing fire station located at 415 Todd Road in Kalama, WA. The scope includes an approximately 2,855 SF metal building providing three apparatus bays for engine storage only, along with associated structural foundations, concrete slabs, mechanical, electrical, and site improvements. Work also includes earthwork, utilities, drainage, paving, and coordination with existing site facilities. The project is a public works project subject to Washington State prevailing wage requirements and standard public bidding and bonding requirements.
Construction will be delivered under a single-prime contract, with subcontracted trades including (but not limited to) earthwork, concrete, metals/structural steel, pre-engineered metal building systems, mechanical, electrical, and site improvements. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 26, 2026, at the project site. Bids are scheduled to be received in February 2026, with substantial completion required by June 30, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for pre-engineered metal building design coordination, including sealed PEMB submittals within 10 days of Notice to Proceed and full permitting approval within 8 weeks. Coordination with existing operations at an active fire station, adherence to schedule milestones, and compliance with public works requirements are critical for this project.
ODF Santiam Fire and Administrative Buildings Construction

This project consists of the construction of a new administrative headquarters office building and a new fire/shop building for the Oregon Department of Forestry’s North Cascade District at 22965 North Fork Road SE in Lyons, Oregon. The scope includes demolition of an existing fire cache/workshop building, site preparation, utilities, parking, and associated site improvements. The two new single-story, Type V-B wood-framed buildings are fully sprinklered and arranged around a central courtyard, with the administrative office building providing office, support, and fitness spaces, and the fire/shop building supporting forestry and fire operations. The site is rural in character and remains an active ODF facility throughout construction, requiring coordination with ongoing operations and existing structures that will remain in place.
Subcontractors should note that the project includes selective demolition, new building construction, civil and landscape work, and full MEP systems, with delegated design components for items such as fire suppression, fire alarm, communications, electronic safety and security, irrigation, and certain equipment anchorage and specialty systems. Asbestos testing and any required abatement associated with demolition are the responsibility of the contractor team. Furniture that is not permanently affixed is owner-furnished and owner-installed, and audio-visual equipment is excluded from the scope. Subcontractors are expected to comply with all applicable Oregon public works requirements, current codes, and specification standards, including required certifications where noted in the documents. The project is being bid as a complete, coordinated effort, with attention to addenda, approved substitutions, and the published bid and construction schedule outlined in the contract documents.

Central Kitsap Fire And Rescue Station 41
This project consists of the construction of a new fire station facility located at 7600 Old Military Road NE in Bremerton, Washington. The scope of work includes site development and utilities, structural and architectural construction, and complete building systems including fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, and life safety systems. The facility is designed to support modern fire and emergency response operations and will be constructed in accordance with the issued drawings, specifications, and addenda. Subcontractors are responsible for reviewing all bid documents to understand the full scope of work, coordination requirements, and interfaces with other trades..
This is a public works project and is subject to Washington State requirements, including contractor registration, licensing, bonding, insurance, and prevailing wage compliance. Subcontractors should anticipate coordination with multiple trades and compliance with all permitting, inspection, submittal, testing, and commissioning requirements outlined in the contract documents. Construction is anticipated to begin following award, with work performed in accordance with the project schedule and sequencing requirements identified in the bid documents.
